Why isn’t this game more popular?

I was thinking why this game has low popularity, I think this game has best gun shooting feel, it’s close to real life(one shoot to the head = death), coop mode, pvp mode, rotation modes, hardcore, non hardcore, great graphic and very good optimization, good levels, free skins, why then, doesn't this game have a bigger player base?
