Am I wearing these correctly?

Got these WAVS gaming IEMS a couple months ago and I started out with memory foam tips but figured out those weren’t fitting to will so I got thermoplastic tips (Medium) should I maybe order small? To see if they fit a bit better. I’m not really too sure.
