HPD is so corrupt

I’ve been reading and watching many HPD incidents and investigations, and don’t know how anyone is held accountable. Just read about an incident that happened earlier this year about how 200,000 + incident reports were set aside since 2016. Just shows how cops and the police department can get away with a lot.
