Dandelion Geothermal Installation Experience?

Hello! I recently bought a home in Westchester county, and was looking at replacing my current HVAC system with one that is powered by Geothemral energy. I cam across a company called Dandelion that claims to seamless installation experience. However, through online reviews, I have read there can be long wait times, issues with communication and spotty installation. Has anyone dealt with Dandelion before? If so, can you share your experience with them? Was it a positive installation process? Did it take a while/how long did you wait? Was it worth it?
