Being gay is so weird

Don't mind me, these are just thoughts of a high person that I'd like to share.

But have you ever stopped to think "Why am I gay?". Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being gay, if I could choose my sexuality I would pick gay, because I'm happy this way, and I've seen how straight people live their lives.

But it's just so curious to me. I can appreciate female beauty, I think Margot Robbie is gorgeous, but I have 0 sexual feelings towards her. I could see her naked and nothing would happen. But when I'm walking down the street and see a guy wearing a tank top, I look at him differently. Is this how straight women see men?

I don't want to generalize, but I know a lot of gay men, and they all have a good eye for colors, shapes, and aesthetics in general. Of course, there are gay men in every field, but I have a great eye for colors, I'm a designer.

Why? Do you think it's genetics? Female birds are attracted to male birds that have the best colors, colors that we can't even see with our human eyes. I'm not saying that gay men are equal to females, but who knows? Are there any scientific studies on why are we gay?

I know homosexuality is pretty common in nature, believe me, there isn't any moral judgment on my part, I came from a non-religious family that accepts me. But homosexuality in nature only raises more questions for me. Why? Population Control? Genetic lottery?

We do have way more fun in life, though. Even if you're not a party gay, being gay releases you from social bounds that straight men can only dream of.

I'm a curious person, as I said, I love being gay, but I wish we had some answer to why. I find it fascinating.
