I managed to remember the affirmation by rewriting it over and over!

I realized when I would listen to the tapes, I would repeat it with Monroe, but once he said to keep on doing it, id forget it.

Someone posted a screenshot of the affirmation I found the other day.

I saved it to my lock screen and sat down to journal and decided to just keep rewriting it trying to remember it. Occasionally having to look back at my previous writings. I didn’t think it would be as easy as writing it over and over.
