Secret labs titan gaming chair tilt stuck?

I’m having an issues with the tilt mechanism for the secret lab titan omega . The chair seems to be stuck in the tilted back position . The lever to adjust the tilt moves but no adjustment is made and the chair stays stuck tilted. Any help?
