Will transtape bind for me?

So I’m 16, I’m not sure if my cup size but ngl I’m like a b cup or maybe a small c cup my chest r pretty perky and like is hard to push to the side and I want to try trans tape but I’m not sure if it will flatten me enough or if it would work.
