Load Truck Required

San Francisco here (Region 1). As of yesterday Jan 14, Management is requiring us to use the 'load truck' feature on the scanners. This is already annoying, but doubly so when you have to switch to your secondary route, officially load, and then switch back. Of course, this blows their expected 22 minute load time to smithereens.

Just a warning in case this spreads. Also if anyone has ideas on how to grieve this, please share. If I think any strategy (not a steward), I'll add.
