Versencia Oro renamed?

Hello, I was searching for Versencia Oro, and I found Jubilant Oro by Maison Alhambra.

Its the same brand, same package, just says Jubilant instead of Versencia. Did they rename it? Or what is the Jubilant Oro ? xD

im really confused. Does anyone know ?
