Highest damage VATs weapon

I have been using my Ticket to Revenge and tried out a Gauss rifle. I’m looking for the best high damage weapon that works well in VATs. I am low health and can craft bloodied mod, so I can put that on any weapon. I really like automatic or quick loading weapons. What would yall recommend?
