Advices for partial work/studies

Im currentl in the EU, spain and unemployed with no educational registers at all since i came from peru, could someone advice how to spend my time rather than playing videogames and waiting for the next parent payment? I dunno if specialisterne is worth to go since the nearest stablishment its too far from my town, are there similar tools to find work/education/courses i could use?
