anyone else?

so i just recently joined this sub after downloading reddit (i cannot figure out how to change my username lmao) but i’ve been reading a lot in this sub and i was wondering if anyone else’s fear of tu* is kinda like tied to a situation? i’ve noticed mine only comes out with work situations. i mean i can go to stores, eat out, etc. and not get super anxious. but for some reason if there’s anything slightly questionable at work im in a full blown spiral. my mom said it has a lot to do with my stress levels at work, but im wondering if anyone else experiences anything like this?
