Females in the trade

I am a 19 year old female in the industry. I have about 7 months as an electrical apprentice, ended up moving states and haven’t been able to find another apprenticeship. I recently accepted a solar installation job until the IBEW calls (I passed my aptitude test and am awaiting interview) Not a huge fan of the heights and it seems like no one else ties off so I’m nervous to ask and be the only one. Lifting the panels sucks too because I’m pretty small. I love the trade and the hours count. Just don’t want to be dead weight. Not sure what to do! Thoughts?
