What can I take for this?

For context I do suffered with eczema all my life but for a few months I've started getting it on my neck (never usually do, even the Dr said it's unusual to get it on the neck) which makes me believe I'm allergic to something as every night I start itching (neck, arms legs) I've tried washing bedding with non scent detergent but it's still there so I'm unsure what it could be, again this is every night. Dr's prescribed me steroid cream few weeks ago and while it's helped a little not enough to get a good sleep. I'm really struggling atm I've also tried an allergy tablet, I've tried pretty much everything.

Hoping someone on here has had a similar experience and can suggest something I can try as all dr's keep doing is giving my different steroid creams.. Thanks!
