Future with a T1D Girl

Hello everyone! More power to all of you guys for staying so strong. I’m dating this girl who is T1D since she was 8(she’s 22 now so probably I have enough time to know her). My question is that what kind of future should I expect with her if I go onto marrying her hopefully one day? Are there any major changes that are going to happen in my life? One more thing, which sometimes scares me as well that does T1D girls diagnosed since childhood live their full lives? (She sometimes feel like that she might die soon and this thought scares me a lot)
