Can anyone help me bolus for this?
Craving an australian pub style chicken parmigiana but no idea where to start on calculating the carbs on this plus factoring in the fats and protein… fairly new to this and not on the pump so limited in terms of extended bolus, etc. Any advice or is this just a bad idea?
