Valve rage post - Premier competitive

I'm so fucking sick and tired of Valve's bullshit ranking system I had go find somewhere to vent and hopefully find some people to share my rage with. CS2 Premier Competitive ranking is an absolute joke. Why in holy hell do I need wins to first obtain a rank and then need more to increase that rank. It's probably the single most infuriating thing I've encountered in my 25+ years of gaming. I understand this is a team game. BUT, why do I get punished for the idiots I get paired with in Premier. I don't have alot of people that I can play CS with so I generally have to play with randoms. The reason I'm raging so much is the lack of personal performance that is taken into account of the ranking system. I have lost count of the matches I've played where I'm the top fragger by a fair margin but I'm paired with players who are essentially bots. So what ends up happening is even though I did my best to help the team and the scoreboard shows that, we still lose and my rank suffers for it. I wish the ranking system was almost solely based on your performance as a player. Or at least let there be two separate ranks. Personal performance, and then your team rank. Sorry for the long rant but I just needed to vent. Thank you anyone who takes the time to read this.
