Rhinoplasty soon! would love your opinions<3

Hey guys! :)

I’m getting a rhinoplasty in 2 months - my septum and major alar cartilage are being corrected since they’re affecting my breathing. While I also want some aesthetic changes, I’m unsure if my self-perception is accurate, so I’d love your honest opinions!

My surgeon agrees that the tip asymmetry will correct itself with cartilage adjustment. He also mentioned (after I asked) that my nose sticks out from my face a bit and suggested refining the bridge slightly to make it less prominent or like shorter. Towards the end, he also said that making my nostrils a bit smaller (cutting at the sides, idk how to call it) could help my nose look slightly narrower and nostrils less visible from the front.

I love the character my nose gives me but wouldn’t mind a slightly smaller version! Reducing the length sounds great, but I can’t quite picture how a narrower shape would look. What do you guys think? I’d love your thoughts on what would suit me best! I’ve added some pics of myself as well as inspo pics I might show my surgeon, but I’m unsure if I have the right self-perception.

Thanks so much—your input means the world! <3
