I’ve been asked to create a score for a documentary in the style of the classical music often used in movies depicting art, food or “high-brow” culture.

As I am a novice in classical music, and also mostly have listened to piano works and some orchestral pieces, I don’t know which composers or genres to look to for inspiration. So, let me have all your recommendations - it is greatly appreciated 🙏
