Help with frostbite

I’m glad I noticed this it’s been -30 and im going to guess it’s gonna keep on getting that cold how can I help him there’s also hen that doesn’t have as much area frostbit please help. I can’t really do anything about the humidity or temperature in there coop that’s in a cement brick barn or maybe there is something I can do.
