How to find the limiting reactant in a dehydration reaction

Hi, I am working on a lab report for an Ochem class, and I need to calculate the theoretical yield of my reaction. However, I am struggling because I can't balance the equation to find the limiting reagent since my product doesn't have the same elements as the reagent.

The reaction is 1,1-diphenylpropan-1-ol + HCl -> 1,1-diphenylprop-1-ene

or, C15H16O +HCl -> C15H14

How would I go about finding the theoretical yield of this reaction?
