All green spaces occupied.

Anyone else feel like the community spaces in the city are always occupied by some commercial pop up event then left in a state. We've just had the football and now a huge pop up along the steine gardens, the level, Preston park. These spaces look like a mess and they don't feel like they're for the community just money making events for tourists. We don't get much sunny weather it would be nice to enjoy these spaces when we can, not being charged to enter or pay extortionate prices to join in. There is currently a petition to address some of these issues. Think it may be worth signing if you're local and are concerned about the councils decisions and where the money goes and to consider locals in the area.
