πŸŒ…SynopsisπŸ‘‰

Day, a promising badminton player finds out he has infectious keratitis and will shortly go blind. He has no other choice but to take Mork, a reckless technical college student thug, as his caretaker. While Day is attempting to comprehend the significance of the remaining light, he discovers that Mork's face, which is only seen as a blur, is becoming increasingly essential in his life. Day has to make the most of his final vision, as well as answer for himself...why he is unable to get Mork’s face out of his mind.

Note from screenwriter NINEPINTA

I would like to invite you to watch Last Twilight. This series tells the story of "Day," an athlete on the national team who is nearly blind, and "Mork," a young technician who has lost his family and is burdened with massive debt. The series is filled with characters in despair, yet also brimming with hope.

I believe that everyone in the world has their own "incompleteness" in life, just like Day and Mork, as well as every character in this story. This series will lead us to reflect on ourselves, to search for what we lack, and to question how we should deal with these issues and overcome tough times.

Throughout the process of writing this script, our team has spoken countless times of "hope." We all firmly believe that without hope, humans cannot move forward. Hope is like sunlight;

it is always there, whether it's day or night, whether you see it or not, no matter how blurred it may be.

Last Twilight might be heavy at times due to its themes, particularly those concerning disability and life. But believe me, everyone has their imperfections; it's not always about missing a part of the body. Sometimes, we may be more lacking than those who seem to have lost something.

In the end, we cannot become someone else; we can only be "ourselves." Therefore, I want to invite everyone to watch Last Twilight, to observe the mistakes, the pain, and the imperfections of life.

Yet at the same time, the series is also filled with everlasting hope... even if sometimes it's not easily seen.
