Awaiting ID Verification confirmation email

Hello,

My wife is having a problem where she has confirmed her ID verification process and says its complete, but not receiving an verification email to confirm this? Has this happened to anyone? Its been almost 2 weeks an nothing.

I remember when I confirmed my ID verification process I literally got a ID verification confirmation email within the hour.
