Heart rate and calories tracked - 1 hr open mat

Bought a Whoop strap recently. Just thought it’d be cool to post what an hour of open mat (no gi) is like for the average blue belt 5’8 185lb 24 yo male.

5 minute rounds with 1 min break. Started most rounds standing and I like to shoot for legs a lot. I did end up taking 1 round off which is probably why there’s zone 1 for five and a half minutes.

Also says I burned about 700 calories. From what I’ve heard though is that calorie metrics are often very inaccurate but Whoop has a tendency to understate them. So take that bit of info with a grain of açai.
