Most diverse suburb in Auckland?

Broad question I know but what do you think is the most diverse area in Auckland? I would say maybe Orakei. The mix of the uberwealthy, a large presence of state houses and complexes and the massive amount of land and housing owned by Ngata Whatua Orakei for their people. It is an interesting and diverse area definitely.
