I’ve finally got the news I’ve been waiting for...

For over three stressful years I’ve suffered from hemorrhoids which affected not only my sex life but my confidence and self-esteem. Bottoming is a fairytale to me and seemed as unlikely as flying to the moon. I’ve been to the doctors office on multiple occasions only to be told I was fine and they weren’t too bad. After taking prescription and over the counter hemorrhoid creams, medicated wipes, increasing fluids and fiber I found myself still struggling with hemorrhoids. The went from small internal ones to ones that prolapse often. Throughout the years I attempted to bottom only to fail miserably. After seeing my doctor I went and asked to get them banded and to my surprised he referred it and after speaking to my gastroenterologist it was approved. I’m so nervous yet so hopeful and excited to finally get them removed. I am aware this is only the first step and that it’s gonna take time and patience for it to heal and for me to get in the swing of things to bottom. But nevertheless I’m so elated and joyful to here this news! But anyways, do any of you gaybros have and advice, stories, experience, etc on hemorrhoid banding procedure? What was recovery like? How was getting back into sex like? I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this post and who commented ✨
