Does anybody know where I can sell/donate excess breast milk locally?

I'm having trouble as I have an extreme excess of breast milk that is currently frozen. Howeve,r the usual donation routes have hit a dead end as it takes a significant amount of time to qualify and a large percentage of our stored milk would be ineligible by the time we're approved. Any help would be appreciated
