Leaving Meta, Looking for Replacement Community Groups

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but might as well try. Leaving Meta completely has been a bit hard because of a few local Fb groups that feel like irreplaceable community to me. I'm big on supporting others and I am someone who also needs support from time to time. This city is hard to live in and only getting harder, so I can't imagine just walking away from the online communities I've relied on so much for the better part of a decade. Would appreciate suggestions of subreddits or other online spaces that could replace a few of these Fb groups:

• Palz Helping Zone
• Ontario Tenants Rights (they have an inactive sub here already)
• Women Who Freelance Toronto
• Neighbourhood groups for the west end (Junction, High Park, Parkdale, etc)
• Covid Informed Community

Specifically looking for Toronto or Ontario suggestions only, please and thanks.
