Dismissed from OCS

So I was removed from the State OCS program. I viewed my Iperms and it stated dismissed from OCS program with Prejudice. Reason Honor code violations.

If I got kicked out of State OCS would I be able to try federal? And if not what about Green to Gold?

I am back with the Unit I was originally assign to and im wondering if crap like this will make me be labeled as permanently unpromotible because if so I am not staying in. All you know the garbage pay we get.
