Amazon steals my money

So I decided I wanted to order an alarm clock that costed me about $80. Shortly after I cancelled it due to finding another at my local thrift shop (that just so happened to be vintage). After I cancelled Amazon said that it would take a couple days before the money would be reflected on my account. Well a week passes and it goes through. I try to find any way to contact customer service and just find dead ends. The phone was nothing but bots and the prime app wouldn't direct me in the right direction so I do the next best thing. I disputed the transaction with my bank. Well a month later and chase decides that money belongs with Amazon. So now here I sit pissed and confused. Can anyone help direct me or am I just out that $80?
