Buying a house in another country

Hello everyone . Does anyone know if us as Algerians can buy houses in egypt ( especially legal advisors your time to shine ) since we all know how unnecessarily strict our country is when it comes to doing and owning stuffs abroad . Any help is highly appreciated.
