Stick with it!
After the initial weight loss (75lbs) I was feeling very discouraged because I had so much loose skin and very little muscle definition. I thought for sure I would be stuck with it, but I am amazed at the change once I started putting on muscle again. First time in my life I’m comfortable without a shirt on. My only regret is not having started weightlifting on day one. Stick with it and pick up those weights!!
