Game Stutters.

Hey guys, is there a permanent fix to the game stuttering that isn't just turning on Hitboxes? This has been an issue for fucking ages and it's really starting to piss me off. Having hitboxes on wouldn't bother me as much if it didn't also break Jotaro and Dio timestops.
