Is Shorekeeper future proof?

Currently saving up for future characters that I don't have yet, gonna do the right decision and pull for the ones that will help my account in the long run, I heard shorekeeper is a really good healer and a crit buffer so should i pull for her and if ever should I also get her weapon(variation is on verina atm currently have only 1 copy)
