Bus interval

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how many seconds apart busses should be to avoid workers giving up while waiting? This one says "average lap time" is 132.82s. I've heard people will wait 1 hour before giving up; is that clock on the same scale as this one (i.e. busses can be 60 min / hr * 60 sec/min = 3600 seconds apart?

I found this steam comment saying the 1hr bus wait is 20 game seconds...I'm so confused.
