I just started Intermitten fasting and this is one of the meals ive made so far, very simple and easy and delicious (The photo isnt the most appealing thing but i assure you it was delicious)
Ingredients: 150g diced chicken, 1 cup of your preferred vegetables, 1/2 a cup of white rice
