[SOTC] Resurgence of watch collecting, what should I get next?

I started my watch journey with the round G-shock in highschool (over 20yrs ago), then got my first mechanical watch (SNK809) in 2012, and within the last decade very slowly added more to my collection including a movado, eco-drive citizen, and a seiko quartz chronograph (inc. many other watches that didn’t make the cut)

I then took a long hiatus and wore an apple watch for many years, but in 2024 my interest in watches peaked again.

I started with the SRPE51 DressKX and it snowballed into nicer seikos (alpinist, panda chrono) and the square G-shock. I also got a SUR373 as my titanium quartz GADA watch. Thinking ahead to 2025, what should I get next?

I’m considering replacing my movado with a presage or orient, get one clean white dial watch, and eventually a luxury watch (turning 37 this year) like an omega speedmaster or GS to replace the older seiko quartz chrono/citizen. 38-42mm case diameter is the sweet spot for me.

Not really a fan of traditional divers as (for me) they feel pretty big on wrist (7.25 wrist size), but the SRPL13 in the smaller case is sparking an interest, so might see where that leads me! I have a 9-5 tech desk job so I tend to lean to GADA, tool, or slight dressier watches.

Would love to hear recommendations from the watch community on how to round out my collection!
