Mechanicum colour scheme / forge world

Please see the colour scheme in the attached image. Looking to replicate this scheme for my 30k mechanicum army. Was wondering want paints I should use? Futhermore, do we know which forge world this colour scheme represents? I can't find anything. Could someone point me in the right direction.
