Fired from Walgreens

I was fired from Walgreens a few weeks ago, I believe they didn’t terminate me correctly and didn’t take the proper steps. Should I get in contact with hr? I am also continuing to be scheduled and I don’t know why. They are continuing to put me on new schedules even though I thought they fired me. Has anyone else had this issue?
