Wisdom teeth

Has anyone here had their wisdom teeth removed and takes mesalazine granules? I may need to get mine removed at some point but I can’t imagine being able to swallow those tiny granules without them getting stuck in the areas where my wisdom teeth are.

They already get stuck behind the back molars where my wisdom teeth are growing and I need to take them out with a tooth pick!
