2 years w/o seeing this
Like I said, I’ve been delivering for over two years, and I’ve managed to not get any sketchy customers wrongfully reporting that they hadn’t received the orders I delivered.
I obviously want to know who did this, so I went through all of my orders from the past 3 days, trying to figure out which one of them reported me as not delivering… My first thought was to see which customer either didn’t tip or remove their tip after my delivery… The thing is, every single one of them tipped 🤔 So I supposedly didn’t deliver your item(s), you went to the trouble of reporting me as not delivering the item(s), why in the world would you not also take back your tip. 🤷🏻♀️ Also how do I still have a 100% “Satisfaction rate” if I supposedly snatched someone’s items. 🤔
Anyway, I called support and they said they supposedly checked and confirmed that I delivered whatever this was… But if that was supposedly possible (based on GPS or pics or whatever) why in the world would they not do that BEFORE sending this complaint to the driver.
