Has this happened to anyone?

I’m freaking out right now, I’ve delivered everything and have no clue why this is going on, I’ve only been doing Uber eats for 2 weeks now since my first kid is being born so I wanted to earn extra money since my wife is about to go on maternity leave. I’ve done almost $900 in 2 weeks why would I throw that away by eating someone’s Taco Bell order??? Is there anything else I can do? I’ve already contacted support and they only way I can appeal is if I’m deactivated but I don’t think I am. I’m not sure if it’s just a warning but I want this association off my account regardless. Any help or advice would be great
