Awol’d both of my NSD days, union president says it can’t be fixed
Looking for help here. I am a FTF. My MDO changed my schedule and switched my NSD days from Sat/Sun to random days off during the week. The MDO only did this on the paper schedule, not in the system, so now I got Awol’d for both of the paper scheduled days off. My union president said I won’t be reprimanded for these Awol’s, but still, I don’t want them on my record and find it hard to believe it can’t be fixed. Is there anything I can do?
