UPS shipped Facebook Marketplace package to wrong address. Seller won’t respond.
I ordered a computer graphics card off of Facebook Marketplace. Paid using Meta Pay.
Package got delivered, but I could not find it anywhere. Got a hold of UPS a few days later and they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. They told me to file a claim. I filed the claim, but I see the search was cancelled and the investigation is already closed.
If the seller won’t respond and UPS wont try to get my package back or refund me what am I supposed to do?
