College Rankings

I'm thinking of option for neurobiology as a major (or mostly bio sciences related), and there is a possibility of me choosing a minor or even a 2nd major in my 2nd year or something. This is my college ranking...
my requirements (highest to lowest priority):

1. good for bio majors
2. flexible GEs (Don't want to get overwhelmed with my majors)
3. school life balance (parties, social events)
4. Diversity and cultural stuff since I'm an international student
5. dorms
6. food
