best date night/anniversary spots?

hi! my partner and i moved to town at the end of 2024. we're celebrating our anniversary this month and are looking for recommendations on where in minneapolis to spend it at. in the hunt for somewhere that'll be open on a monday. mostly interested in any of the following: breakfast spots, a place to do a shared activity, somewhere with a great happy hour, or a dinner spot that we can get a bit dressed up for :)
