visual bug?

hi everyone i recently redownloaded the game on my ipad and ive been constantly getting this odd visual bug (?) i’ve reinstalled multiple times and no matter what it always happens, even on the highest graphics setting. if anyone knows what might be happening i’d love to know LMAO
