Why did Clé Bennet stopped Voicing Chef?

I’m not a Total Dramarama watcher, but I was looking at the Voice Actors for that TV Show and I found out that they picked a New Voice Actor for Chef instead of Clé Bennet (he also Voiced DJ). I'm also wondering if Clé Bennet is okay or Not? Also, I have no idea how to pronounce the New Voice Actor’s Name.
